Production Time

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all of our items are made to order.

Our standard production time is 2.5 to 3.5 weeks. Production begins once your order has been confirmed. During busy periods, production times may be slightly longer, but we will always do our best to keep you informed.

Please note that shipping time begins after production has been completed.

Shipping Options

Once your order is ready, you can choose from the following shipping methods:

Sea Shipping

• Estimated transit time: Approximately 4/5 weeks

• Customs clearance time is not included in this estimate and may vary depending on your country's customs procedures.

Air Shipping

• Estimated transit time: Approximately 2 weeks

• Customs clearance time is not included in this estimate and may vary depending on your country's customs procedures.

Customs, Duties & Delays

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Please be aware that customs processing may cause delays that are outside of our control. Shipping estimates do not include customs clearance time.
