with businesses that are passionate about high-performance automotive parts.


Goghen designs and engineers aerodynamic components for motorsport enthusiasts and professionals alike. We pair
our products with responsive support and a commitment to customer success. We're looking to partner with businesses
that align with our values of quality, integrity, and performance.
This document outlines our expectations and the framework of the Goghen Dealer Program.

Dealer program sections

Our tier system rewards dealer performance and engagement. All dealers start at our base tier and can progress based on sales volume and operational alignment.


A minimum initial order of €10,000 is required to enter the program. This helps establish commitment and enables us to
offer competitive pricing and program benefits from day one.

To support brand visibility and dealer success, we ask our partners to:

  • Keep product listings current on your website
  • Regularly promote Goghen products through social channels

Marketing goals are customized during onboarding, and our team conducts monthly reviews to monitor progress. If
marketing responsibilities are not met, we'll work with you to restructure efforts-but persistent non-compliance may result
in program penalties.

All Goghen products must be advertised and sold at the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP). We do not permit pricing below MSRP to ensure brand consistency and fairness across our dealer network. Listings found below MSRP will be subject to corrective action, including potential suspension from the program.

Dealers may receive up to three strikes within a six-month period before facing termination or tier downgrade. Each strike expires six months from the date issued.

Examples of violations:
- No sales in a 6-month period
- Advertising below MSRP
- Failure to meet marketing standards
- Ignoring feedback or violating support criteria


We provide the tools and support needed to avoid violations. However, Goghen reserves the right to revoke dealer privileges at any time in extreme cases.

We evaluate dealer performance beyond just sales. The following factors are key to long-term partnership:

  • Customer Care: Are clients treated with professionalism and respect?
  • Brand Representation: How is your company perceived by customers and peers?
  • Business Communication: Are your interactions clear and professional?
  • Operational Integrity: Is your business aligned with Goghen's values?


Dealers not meeting these standards may be subject to penalties or removal from the program.

Goghen provides a limited six-month warranty on all in-house manufactured products, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
To file a claim, customers must return the item (prepaid and insured). If confirmed defective, Goghen will repair or replace the product. The warranty does not cover labor costs or other incidental expenses.
Warranty coverage includes parts only and applies to the original purchaser. Improper installation, misuse, or
modification voids the warranty.

Non-covered returns will receive a repair quote and the option to proceed or request the item back.
